2024 Cheers Squad Interview with Coach McKenzie 

How many years have you coached at Nolensville High?

This will be my 4th season as the head cheerleading coach at Nolensville High.

What are your expectations of the  2024 Squad?

The expectations when it comes to the cheerleading team is to be leaders on and off the field. 

Who are your key Seniors?

We have nine amazing seniors this year. Each one of them has something different that they bring to the team. They are one big family unit, and you can see that when they are on the sidelines with each other. 

Any cheer events that you are  attending this year?

We will not be attending any specific cheer events other than Friday night lights!

Any new members that will make an impact this year?

This program has grown so much over the last four years, and each year the talent that is brought onto the squad is tremendous. The freshmen that are on the squad this year are definitely the ones that will make an impact on the squad. 

What should fans know about this year’s squad?

The fans should know that this year’s squad loves to have fun! Cheer with them and make noise!

Also anything else you want to say about this year’s group?  

I am excited to watch this year’s cheerleading team and cheer on the Knights!
