A World-Class Experience
My name is Roman Smith. Along with the Rohner family, Devin, and Alison, we have brought to life a long-time dream of mine by opening our food truck D-RO’s! Shortly after graduating from culinary school, I worked for several restaurants in and around the Nashville area, cutting my teeth on Nashville’s cuisines and local favorites. Having four girls at home, I know all about the fast pace of living, and I wanted to give the community a fusion of different options served in a convenient way for their fast-paced lives.
Our mission is simple. We want to provide this community with a world-class experience, as fresh and fast as possible. Devin and I are very avid sports fans, so integrating some of our local heroes into the concept was a great way to bring this menu to life! We are looking to build on this exciting lineup and bring you more options to explore.
We are quickly filling the calendar for 2023 with exciting events and adventures for our little business. Our friends at the Nolensville Farmers Market have invited us to be a part of their Saturday lineup, and we can’t wait to see all the fresh vegetables and wonderful crafts start to roll in. We are also looking to reach out to our neighbors and grow. We are looking to add some local neighborhoods to our list of visits, as well as some of the local sporting events and festivals. We want to thank everyone for their overwhelming support and encouragement as we begin this new journey! It is a true honor and privilege to live and work in our hometown of Nolensville. The people are what make this little town special, and it has never been more evident than now.
