This subsidiary builds on years of experience in plumbing work and offers the same level of service the community has trusted for decades. “We want to be the go-to company for all electrical, HVAC and plumbing needs,” Scott explains.

Even after decades in business, Scott isn’t slowing down. “I’d love nothing more than to keep working another hundred years,” he says. “Of course, I won’t be here then, but I believe the strong foundation we’ve built—along with our dedicated employees—will carry on. And when I retire to an island someday, Uber Eats-ing myself into oblivion. I’ll be proud knowing I created a company that will continue to serve this community.”

For Scott King, success isn’t measured by profits but by people. “Making customers happy is more important than any amount of money. At the end of the day, it’s about trust, relationships, and taking care of our neighbors.”
